I was sitting in my car a couple months ago and saw a lady put her cart up on a curb next to my car. It fell off the cart and rolled into my car. I rolled the cart right up next to her car and bitched her out. She freaked out and started offering to give insurance and all this crap. It didn’t dent anything it was just the principle of the whole thing.

I’m so non confrontational so it was out of character, but I was so fricking pissed.

The WM parking lot in a border town is a shite show of epic proportions. Those Mexicans come across and act like they do in their shithole country.

Don't forget about shite-filled diapers either in the buggy, on the pavement, or both. If a rainy day, double the amount of diapers and chalupa-shite per diaper.

Have you seen an Asian person try and drive through a parking lot? How about waiting in line behind you?

This irrational fear is real for me. I refuse to let my wife push the basket/buggy/cart because I worry she'll run into my Achilles tendon. Why I'm so concerned, I have no idea, but it's a struggle nonetheless.

I was working near the POE which isn't far from WM. They would take the carts from WM to the POE and just dump them near the sidewalk. In fact, it got so bad that WM built a corral at the POE and would go down there and pick them up. Of course, they wouldn't even use the corral there either. The one that really blew me away was that there was basically a paved pathway between WM and the POE that crossed a dry creek bed. They would push the carts down through this rocky creek bed rather than walk an extra 20 yards to a concrete bridge that spanned the wash. It was fascinating to watch.

Such a nice guy you are

We'll assume your livers are shot and not usable.

That's 8 lives made better and 6 lives saved for each of you I sell, and that's not counting the burn patients that will get your skin or maybe someone who will get a cadaver ligament.

I'm a fricking humanitarian.

I actually had a kid do it to me in a grocery store once, which is why I mentioned it. My reaction was pretty much

You're giving Larry gainful employment. Don't feel guilty about it.

The store offers carts to use for your convenience for free and even pays people to gather them up and bring them in... But not utilizing the corral causes the carts to get damaged and/or lost and possibly cause damage. Also Larry won't accomplish as many other tasks as he could because he's out on an expedition for carts half of his shift. It costs the store more and they eventually pass it on to the consumer.

I push it right behind the car next to me closer to front of the store. If each person does that then all the carts will be stacked right out front

Not really. I carry my bags from the cart to the car. But my grandfather used to do that actually.

Larry is getting paid to take them from the corral and bring them back into the store. Help him out for Christ's sake.

I'd rather they pay Larry to be a rooftop paintball sniper and nail the lazy asses who ditch their carts in the lot.

Larry: Moderately obese woman in a Ford Explorer just abandoned cart on lane 5.

Manager: Fire at fricking will!

Anyone go to the Walmart on Bluebonnet and Burbank and seen that gargantuan black dude that is in charge of carts? He must be 6 foot 10, 325...but I can see why he never played ball.
