Shooting at Second Chance Academy in Baton Rouge

"Police are searching for a 15-year-old student accused of shooting up a car belonging to the parents of another student at Second Chance Academy Wednesday. The 15-year-old, whose name has not been released, is required to wear an ankle monitor after his arrest in a previous shooting."
We could simply stop allowing people who shoot at other people a "second chance." Incredible irony here.

It's a fricking shame that that kid is 15 and causing this much damage. The culcha is a fricking mess and the disregard for life starts early on.

But some people think his mom, who raised him to kill others, should be able to complain about which prison he gets sent to... never ceases to amaze me.
