Shooting at Bowling Alley in California

I will never understand the hood rat mentality when it comes to this. There is a fight, everyone jumps in and turns it into a brawl and then one guy just decides “frick it” and whips out a gun and fires blindly into the crowd. Often hitting people on both sides. What is the end game there?
And, say what you will, but this is 99% young black males doing it. With 1% White Trash young males who act black comprising the rest. NOLA.com did an article a few days ago detailing all of the shootings in New Orleans for 2018. Over 95% were black males between 17 and 25. They stated that fact in the article which surprised me. The Comments got shut down almost immediately and then the article was pulled before I could post it here.
Until society calls this behavior out, it won’t stop. Gun control isn’t the problem here, it is cultural and it will only be fixed by a shift in the black family getting back some sort of value system. Of course, saying that makes me a racist I guess.
