The only story that seems to have changed is him not being the shooter. But still involved in the altercation.

You are right though, the President directed this shooting. Just like Obama did for all of the ones that happened under his presidency. It's kind of a tradition now.

I actually didn't think a shooting like this would be resolved so easily when I first about this.
I never called anyone thugs, but I did question whoever the shooter was.. why did they have to shoot a 12 year old girl.. Now, who knows who shot who..
This sucks. I hope this gets sorted out. I hate that they shot a man dead if he was fleeing like everyone else.
The weird thing is, if he was armed, but not the shooter.. but still apart of the conflict.. then why was he running with the gun out, but not using it.. Idk, I mean I can't question it too much since I wasn't in that situation. Who knows how any of us would truly act in the same circumstances. Perhaps he drew his own weapon after hearing shots fired, for his own protection?
Many people were claiming they shot a completely innocent man. That is down right awful if so.. And some think they are trying to link him to the shooting to cover their own butts. I don't have an opinion either way. I just hate to see a man lose his life, but especially if he was innocent.
I just hope they figure it all out.

This raises an interesting question.
How does law enforcement differentiate the gun man from a shopper with their gun drawn? I always wonder what the proper thing to do in one of these scenarios.

Hearing the plot has thickened. Maybe this was NOT the shooter. Hearing Hoover PD did not notify parents. I heard more, but not putting anything else out, but if half is true Hoover is in the deep doo doo!
