You got a link? Right now, there is a bunch of just speculation out there, so I'd refrain from making statements without being able to back them up. Clearly the public was mostly misled by the Hoover PD press conference last night.
I can assume that the 12 year old girl also was shot by the Hoover PD.

I’ve seen numerous different videos from my Facebook feed. Plus, my relative witnessed the shooting by Hoover PD as she was coming out of JCpennys

The shooter is still at large. The police chief should have never got on TV last night and proclaimed the shooter was dead. 100% wrong. The cop should have used better judgement before using lethal force.
Hoover was covering it’s own, proclaiming the cop as a hero. Sickening!!! Where is the shooter? Who is the shooter? Hoover has royally fricked this up. They know it and the facts will come soon. It’s way too many cameras to dispute the facts.

I agree. But, remembering what he was saying in his PC last night, he seemed very careful to word statements how he felt he needed to.
But, he most certainly should have stated that,at the very least, that perhaps a shooter is still on the loose.

People argue. Doesn’t mean he had to be killed. You don’t know what the guy was doing but you are quick to stereotype and judge. It doesn’t affect you one bit!

I agree. I blame the media for rushing for information. I get you want to calm the panic but, get your ducks in a row before rushing on tv. This will most likely end his career as police chief. Unfortunate, but you can’t make those type of mistakes.

Statement from JEFCO DA and ALEA claim he was brandishing the weapon when confronted by HPD is the reason he was shot.

Easily a standard statement to make it look like the cop's life was in danger. Typically, without any video, who else was a witness to a cop-citizen shooting when there is a death? It's very easy to make this statement that typically exonerates the police officer. I made the statement last night that I was thinking that the PD probably doesn't need any video of the incident. Now, they most certainly don't want any video being released to the public.

Ive seen multiple angles of the shooting. I’m telling you, from what I’ve seen Hoover has fricked up this one. The body cams will tell their story. But, what is the likely hood they were not on.

They have these videos they were posted on Facebook. I’m sure that’s why they changed their story.
