At this point I’m guessing that this was the guy. I see a white pickup in the photos that looks like it could be the one I saw. Like I said I didn’t stay for the shots. I’m hoping someone else can confirm the shooter. The place was packed.

Not to mention someone was shot close by and collapsed at Tailoring by Tinh across the street from the Benny’s Car wash this year.

I feel as though this homicide had to do with someone had beef with someone in the hood and saw the victim randomly or potentially followed them and thought it was a prime opportunity to kill that person, despite how busy that Benny’s car wash typically is and didn’t care children were in the car.

I expect there will be retaliatory killings in BR over this. Word has definitely spread in da community about who is responsible for this deadly shooting.

The fact that our “leaders” are:

Broome - mayor/president
Paul - chief of police
C Denise- R Kelly dick sucker and somehow a state rep
Chauna Banks - holds a key position on Council; sides with people like the Sterling family
H Moore - step up, dude. Figure it out.

And the school superintendent Narcisse is a joke with no idea how to re-energize a school system. While it may be lost, at least act competent.

Aside from the obvious, what do all of these people have in common? Low intelligence, quick tempers or hasty “solutions”and all biased “leaders”. These people are terrible for Baton Rouge. Let’s pay out the Sterling family millions and that’ll fix racism and the police.

Crime could be suppressed if we truly quit worrying about road-widening over the next century and a half and paid a police commissioner well and his men and women a DECENT salary above 50k, we might see BR of at least 2010. This aforementioned group has done zero problem-solving — Banks with the most initiative because she clearly doesn’t mind the public knowing that she is going to get paid.

It starts at the failed family and the failed school system. It continues throughout the lose system that the criminal has to play by. None of these people should be elected officials. None.
