You’re partially right. It’s shorter in the picture because the noose had already been cut off. From 2019, the rope is as long as the others.

I saw the "noose" one was already shorter than some others thats why the loop had been tied, but either way thats pretty irrelevant. I know they cut it so now it's really short, but I thought it was shorter already

He may not have perpetrated it himself, but he referred to it as a "despicable act of racism and hate". He jumped to that conclusion sight unseen and before any kind of investigation was completed.
