Iran exports 20+ percent of their oil to China. Makes no sense unless they jacked up their prices or failed to deliver shipment to China.

I think the most obvious answer is probably correct
- New US administration is incredibly soft on Iran and Iran is already taking major liberties on its nuclear program as a result
- Iran immediately showing it doesn't fear the Biden administration by brazen involvement in the Israel-Palestine conflict
- Israel, aware the US is sitting it out and/or emboldening Iran for the foreseeable future, decides it's time to reach out and touch someone

does that include refined products or is it just crude oil? If it is just crude oil then Iran has more to export in that they lost the refining capacity that just exploded.
