I explained the likely scenario to you on the FB. 
That was being used by two dudes and the condom makes for easy cleanup after. They likely got interrupted in mix of things and hopped in cars and took off.

And condoms on dildos is no different than liners in crock pots. Easy cleanup particularly if that was in someone's rear end.
