What’s the big deal? We have no-fault divorce now, right?
For my part, the reason most men date and marry women is sex. Take away the sex, and I’m not interested in being married. So if my wife said, “No more” I’d say, “It’s been great. See you later.” I’d still love her; I’d still be friends with her; but I’d be intimate with another woman.

Then husbands who cheat should not have that used against them in a divorce in France.

What is the downside of being at fault in a divorce in France? Does the person at fault have to pay spousal support? Give up more assets?
Google makes it look like both parties have to agree to divorce in France unless there is fault. I get why men snap if she’s refusing divorce, won’t have sex, and he’d be stuck paying maintenance to her indefinitely if he cheated.
