Jesus Christ you’re not running blocker for 400 cases of illegal booze. Pack it with the rest of the groceries you’re bringing home and drive like you normally would.

Just put the bottles in your truck or a cooler in bed of your truck. The odds of you being stopped on I-10 anyway are almost zero if you're white and not speeding.
I posted the statute. He could get pulled over and he’d be fine. It’s legal in the trunk of the vehicle.

Not bottles of liquor that have the cap on them.
Unfortunately if it's unsealed, regardless of the cap being on it, it's considered an open container. Not saying I agree with it.
Which leads me to having no idea why drive thru daiquiri stands are allowed.

I don't have a trunk but I'm guessing locked in the bed of my truck will suffice. I'll be crossing state lines so laws in in Florida Alabama and Mississippi will also apply but I'm sure we will be fine.
Thanks for the one serious reply

Not a problem if it is not in the passenger compartment and you are 21.

You’re gonna have to put them in your arse to get them back

The cop would have to be a MAJOR douchebag to try and give you shite for transporting opened bottles of liquor. If you don't have a trunk just stick them in the back of your car in a bag. He's not going to be searching your car on a routine stop anyway. Throwing it out would be completely unnecessary.

From the same assholes that reply "why u mad shouldn't have broken the law bro" or "how about just obeying the law bro" when someone is ticketed. I fully fricking realize that there would not likely be an issue if pulled over but it's still illegal. Just asking if there's any legal way that anyone knows of doing this without shipping it separately.
You want a completely legal way to transport alcohol then? Drink it and stop being a bitch

If you are over 21, then put it in your trunk or put it in the bed of your truck. Maybe even hide it a bit if in the bed of your truck to avoid them potentially giving you shite (still wouldn’t be illegal, they could just possibly hold you up longer asking dumb questions that waste your time). I’m assuming you are likely under 21 though, which in that case, most of the same applies, but yeah it would probably be slightly illegal. Wouldn’t worry about it either way.

This isn’t the issue TH it’s not about having it in his car in general. It’s about transporting over state lines. It’s illegal to transport alcohol over state lines without a license. His “legal” options with that alcohol are: drink it, ship it, or toss it
