Lot of Charles Atlases around the OT.

Pound that Popeyes boys.

ummmm yea...thats how it fricking works

explain the success of the drug in question if its from something else? semaglutide has zero effect on metabolism. already been proven in half a dozen studies controlling insulin in and of itself doesnt cause weight loss once calories and protein are equated.

again produce a study dumbass

one person said they eat popeyes...typical of a liberal....cant make an arguement to save his life so attack, attack, attack instead of producing facts.

simple google search would prove every single thing i said is a fact.

So you are saying fried chicken is not bad for your health? Really? So saturated fats and trans fats are not bad for your health as long as you “burn the calories”

Got it. And I’m the one out of my league.

I'll add to that list. I have no issues incorporating Popeyes into my diet whenever I feel like it. Had to make the business decision to go with blackened tenders over the fried ones to keep the calories where I want them. But I still have fries and a biscuit with them.

Being fat is a choice for almost all fatties. That truth hurts delicate snowflakes like Martini.

did i say it was healthy for you? please quote where i did

i said this

1) popeyes every once in a while, so long as it fits into your overall diet plan is fine

2) 90% of the health benifits of a diet comes from the weight loss itself

3) saturated fats really arent that bad for you and worrying about the make up of fat content, just like worrying about the make up of the carb content....is majoring in the minors

like i said, produce a study showing a certain diet produces high body fat loss once calories and protein are equated and ill admit im wrong....problem is you cant.

Work out and eat a healthy diet, but you don’t want to do that. And when you don’t work out while using semaglutide, it results in a significant amount of lean body mass loss as well. So it makes you skinny fat! Awesome

Source? I have lost 43lbs with 38 of that being fat. I weigh and get measured weekly, and do HIIT at the gym 3x per week.

This is an interesting topic for those of us that do clinic research trials with these drugs. The truth of the matter is that these drugs (loosely known as GLP1's) have changed the game. They basically force healthier behavior. They lower blood sugar levels and decrease appetite. Although everyone is talking about Ozempic, Mounjaro is a more effective drug because of the addition of a secondary drug. There are a few more drugs in the pipeline like Cagrilsema, which look to be even better still.

If the patient will take a fiber supplement each day and drink plenty of water, that will get rid of almost all side effects.

I know these aren't for everyone, but some of these will be fast tracked to a generic status. They are also working on oral versions. This stuff is not going away, no matter what Louisiana says.
