I have an extremely sedentary job and it's too cold to swim in my pool yet. Don't feel safe going to gyms or parks by myself. I need to have my insulin sensitivity reset because I have a very efficient metabolism (my body grabs on to every last calorie and saves it just in case I get stranded in the woods for a week with no provisions.) We can't all be online stuck to our phones all the time and still at HS weight 28 years later. Today I ate 250 calories total so far. 1/3 of a can of black beans with a tbsp of sour cream and a splash of cholula for breakfast. It's after 5pm. I'm not losing any meaningful weight on calorie restriction alone. Anyway, I don't need to justify my reasons for wanting to take semaglutide to anyone except my doctor.

Well ain’t you a thermodynamic oddity!

Probably the “generic” that is not approved in the US. It comes from a lab in China. There is NO generic semaglutide.

The only two semaglutides approved in the US are Ozempic and Wegovy

Just because something is not approved in the US doesn't mean it doesn't exist. All of the peptides patented in the US are available as lyophilized powders all over the world.

You're being downvoted, but it is already being shown to do that and they are already considering taking action at a federal level

All that to say you want semaglutide for appetite suppression because you can’t control your cravings

Going to agree with ole’ gaucho. The truth hurts the feelings of all the fat asses we have in this state. LA is ranked just about last in all health outcomes nation wide.

According to my mom, who diagnosed me at the age of five, I'm an endomorph. Thankfully I have an hourglass no matter what weight I'm at, and my friend says as long as your boobs stick out further than your stomach, you're still hot! Especially as you get older. Having a nice rack goes a long way.

No, semaglutide does a lot more than suppress appetite. It resets insulin resistance, and also decreases craving for other things like alcohol and tobacco. Check, check. If I just wanted to suppress appetite, I'd take my unused prescriptions of Adderall and Vyvanse. I don't like how slow they make me feel, and I WELCOME a non-stimulant approach.

Celibate for over a year. Beer has calories though.

All Y'all hating, I want you to know that if we ever met in person you would like me. I'm actually one of those people who can find a way to relate to anyone I talk to. Hate this forum version of texting.

The reason I started commenting on this thread got lost. I wanted to share what I've learned about sourcing semaglutide without resurrecting the infamous peptides thread. YMMV.

What’s the concern? This should be given out free and paid by tax dollars. It will save billions in health care. Imagine if 25% of la residents ate %50 less fast food, it’s going to hurt the restaurant industry bad.

When I went to pick it up they said the state board had just told them they couldn’t compound it anymore because Ozempic and the other pharmaceutical brands are no longer considered to be in shortage.

So it’s protection of patent?
