I am not disagreeing with you. It still doesn't change the fact the police and city shut this section of public road down for protest.

If you see two vehicles stopped black the road you STOP.
You don’t swerve around them.
In a time when mayors and police have allowed criminals to take over and block public roadways for days on end, you better not stop. In a time where criminals, not protesters, have dragged people from cars, beat them, shot them, set vehicles on fire, you better not stop. In a city with a mayor who doesn't care at all for law and order unless it directly impacts her personal way of life, you better not stop.
You can't stop. You have to keep moving.

It’s a sad reality that I need to sit my children down and have a conversation with them about how to act when they are stopped by protesters blocking a road. The cold, hard truth is that they will be treated differently at roadblocks based solely on the color of their skin.
Problematic.
Problematic.

Maybe this will teach the rest of those idiots a lesson about illegally blocking major highways with their protests

If the guy went up the ramp the wrong way, he intentionally ran people over.

I have seen approximately 4 videos where the motorists is carefully driving through the protestors at a slow speed only to have a protestor standing off to the side, raises a pistol and shoots the motorists in the head.
I saw one the other day where a protester fired into a vehicle and the driver was injured. Are there several other videos of this type?

These are domestic terrorist not protesters.. And I dont feel the least bit sorry for them.

[quote]protestors or not you gotta slow down when you see cars stopped in the middle of the highway like that. Reckless driving[/quoted]
frick that. People are being pulled out of their cars and beaten. Hit the gas, call the cops if you hit one of them and tell them you’ll meet them at the closest police station.
Dipshits should’ve learned at about 2 you don’t go play in the traffic.

What I’m seeing is that these idiots also parked multiple cars across lanes of traffic. When the drivers sees the cars they swerve to the right to avoid them but that puts the driver on a path with the idiots in dark clothing who have posted up behind the cars.

And they’re all full of piss and vinegar and hating the cops. Until they need one. frick those assholes.

It amazes me the people cheering this guy on. And I know I’m about to get downvoted to oblivion because I’m not following the rest of the heard on this but whatever.
The women were idiots for protesting in the middle of the interstate and honestly that shouldn’t be allowed. But you can’t just plow into people like that because they’re inconveniencing your life. Law enforcement exists for a reason. If they’re letting it happen it sucks but it is what it is. You can’t just run people over like that. A human life, even those we disagree with, has to be worth more than that. He deserves whatever charge he’s going to get and won’t get any sympathy from me (the protesters get none either).

Are you completely ignoring the fact that he hit his brakes and attempted to swerve?

Interstate travel is protected by parts of the 5th and 14th amendments. Seems to me, if you are blocking an interstate highway, you are violating the law.
Also, the chinese chick in the video is kinda hot.

My take after seeing the video was hitting the people wasn’t intentional.
You’ll note it was a little bit of a blind corner and the car slowed down and swerved to try and avoid the people.
Rumors are they got on the closed section of interstate by going up an exit ramp.
Two wrongs don’t make a right but these stupid people are picking the wrong spot to take selfies and put themselves in harms way.

Betcha BLM wanted the police after that.
Posted on 7/4/20 at 11:14 am to DustyDinkleman
Was the driver dumb enough to stop? Did they survive the mob?
Posted on 7/4/20 at 11:15 am to AndyCBR
I agree, looks like he swerved hard to his left to avoid the crowd in a split second. Regardless, people who do Progressive Street Theatre on interstates should understand that the karmic laws of the Universe do not exemp them because they have a slogan.

Are you not smart enough to realize the person didnt run them over on purpose
Posted on 7/4/20 at 11:18 am to Pedro
quote:The problem with this is that they aren't just "inconveniencing your life" in a lot of these situations. Look how many videos we've seen where the driver stops and then they get surrounded by a mob who starts destroying their vehicle and/or the driver gets pulled out of the vehicle and beaten to a pulp for no reason. Just last week there was a video of a protester who shot a driver who was stopped then shot the back window out when he sped off.
But you can’t just plow into people like that because they’re inconveniencing your life.
Supposedly this incident happened around 2am. Dark outside, people wearing dark clothes, and cars blocking a 60 mph freeway with no emergency flashers on to alert oncoming traffic...paired with possibility of drivers who are either sleepy and struggling to stay awake or may have been drinking. Recipe for disaster. The driver did swerve, slam on the brakes, then initially stopped after he hit them until a group of protesters ran up on him and started beating on the car and threatening him. So I don't think he intentionally hit them. Only way he should be charged was if he was drunk. Other than that, it seems like an accident from the short clip we saw.
