Guys let’s not be so ugly...... they are someone’s daughters.
Who am I kidding, they should have raised them to have more sense than to stand on a fricking interstate at night and act like hooligans. We need more people to die in situations like this. I know that sounds terrible.

How I'd feel about it is completely irrelevant. That's why this country is in the danger it's in, because feelings have superceded logic and the rule of law.
Those idiots were breaking the law and the driver rightfully felt threatened.

The Summer girl’s FB is wide open and it’s what you would expect. So much ignorance, hate, and filth. She even posted a meme encouraging fellow rioters to bring baseball bats with them disguised as “sticks” holding up paper signs.

You're trying to make logical leaps here but you are coming up short. You and the poster I quoted act as if the posters stating they don't care about those who got hit or are fine with it in general are just mean spirited to see folks run over with no mention of what those folks were doing to elicit the reactions.
If you put context to the comments you're griping about, it makes all the difference in the world as to what many on here are saying. I'll help you out...those folks who got hit set up on a busy freeway and were in the wrong. In particular the driver of the car who hit them most likely either had no time to react or was rightfully in fear of their safety to stop. Had it not been for past examples of assault, chances are if the driver tell into the latter of the two, it is totally understandable and reasonable for them to keep driving out of fear for their own safety. If those people who got hit can't understand the situation and potential consequences they put themselves in by partaking in a mob basically, then why should the rest of us here give a damn?
