Yeah I am fine with Seattle doing this as long as they do not infringe on my right to defend myself when I am there.

"Make all drugs free & if a person can't handle the responsibility, it's his fault". And who ends up cleaning up the mess? Have you ever seen a person high on H ? Crack? The after effects? Drug addicts will not be able to get health insurance. Who pays for their over dose ER visits? Taxpayers. Re the homeless problem, local LEO and numerous homeless people shown on videos say that all the homeless there have drug problems. By all means put them in free, nice rentals & that will cure them, right? Utopia is just a fantasy.

Operations is moving to Bellevue, which is 15,000 employees. I'd bet anything that Amazon only expands in Bellevue from now on and doesn't renew any leases in Seattle. They own a lot of office space in Seattle though, so they'll be stuck with that. They'll get creative and probably convert as much of their space in Seattle to hoteling desks and have the employees who come in a couple of days per week be "located" in a different city. Seattle is stupid if they think companies aren't going to try everything possible to avoid this. Especially when you have multiple cities nearby that are business friendly.
