So in just a few days of their new nation, a warlord has assumed power and is shaking people down for protection money. They ran out of food because the homeless people ate it all. They want to build a wall to keep out immigrants they don’t like. And they’re requesting foreign assistance to bring in food aid, gasoline and generators.
