Kinda ... wife, much younger, can do basically the same thing with the tip of her tongue.
Had a danger signal on the right one one time ... turned out to be nothing thank goodness. Ended-up getting all kinda gentle suckage while stroking for the error.

Sounds like epididymitis. My kid had it when he was about 9. His ball swole up like a grapefruit and was insanely painful. You’ll get some meds and hopefully be back to normal in a week.

Yep had one bc of torsion. Had my, at the time, wife, ultrasound tech, 2 ultrasound techs in training, and a department supervisor.
Felt special that all these folks wanted to see my swollen bag. That is until that evil 20-something touched my grapefruit sized testicle with the little wand thing nearly sending me to through the roof.
Only to be outdone by the immediate phone call from the urologist telling me I would have to have emergency surgery to remove said testicle. I asked him what were the alternatives and he said potentially a life ending blood clot. I told him I’d think about it and give him a call back.
Mind you all this was done while I was pants-less on a cold arse stainless steel bed and in extreme pain, but I still found the humor in the situation. Unfortunately, no one else did.

Hell yeah. I had a smoke show of a nurse who did it. Had to lay on my back and flop my dick forward with a towel over it while she used some warming jelly on my boys. Took all my energy to not get a chub and raise the towel

Had one in May. Had vasectomy scheduled, doc did pre op nutcheck and referred to radiology to check for hernia and confirm varicocele. Painless. Awkward. Had cute young nurse fondling my balls, while my wife watched on. Even let an intern watch. 3 chick's, 1 pair of balls, dark room. Awkwardness.... no hernia, rescheduled vasectomy, also painless. Alls good

Yes, I have a cyst on my testicle. It’s basically like a 3rd ball now.
It’s pretty straight forward - you are under a towel, they put some gel on it, it doesn’t take very long.

Yes. It wasn't a particularly fun time but it wasn't painful either. Only took 30 minutes, if that long.

I dont have a lot of hang ups, and im no prude- but i know myself well enough to know that in that situation, I would never even have one sexual thought cross my mind.. anything medical like that makes my stomach turn, id probably be praying i didnt lose my lunch all over the room .

I had that once, hurt like a mfer for a week. I thought it was a hernia at first, then my buddy tried to convince me it was a STD to be a dick m. Lol
