A sensor that is posted in a bathroom that transmits to an app and gives a reading on how shitty a bathroom smells.
So a mfer don’t gotta go all the way to the bathroom to find out he won’t be able to breathe.

Yes its possible. What is the chemical in shite that makes it stink? Just set up an air sensor to measure the level of that chemical and figure out how much it takes to really stink.

Nope....I deal with this kind of thing a lot...unfortunately, smell varies a hell of a lot from person to person. If someone could accomplish this, they would be major league rich!

The compound is skatole. If you want to automate sensing the compound, it should have a good IR/NIR spectra.

Apple is already doing this and trying to finalize the technology. They reported about a year ago attempting to recognize and send scents through the iPhone.
