Forever, Doctors have said to drink in moderation and their definition is low... nothing “groundbreaking” here.

Like everything else “science” these days you can choose what to believe and then find something online to validate whatever that is.

Men can have up to 2 drinks a day and women can have 1 based on "science."

There is no healthy allowance of smokes a day.

Yet another case study that conflicts with others. I swear, the more research that is done on a topic, the more you realize science is sometimes just taking swings in the dark.

I read an article the other day in which two cardiologists were debating the health benefits of eating eggs. Eggs. Have we not figured that shite out yet so we can move on to more pressing health issues?

In a related study, 100% of people polled don't really give a shite.

I'm 45. Probably only have a couple years left according to the study.

So I've been dead for years and didn't even know it?

Actually, I just saw that they are talking beer and wine. I'm in the clear with my rot-gut vodka.

My grandfather told me to always keep myself busy, good times and bad, and even after retirement. It didn't really hit me until I was older and I see just how impactful his way of life has kept him going.

The lady I rent from is 88 years old.

I marvel at this old lady, as she still gets up everyday to go run her little diner in town from 6am - 3 pm. I also see her riding her lawn mower and cutting her own yard weekly, including yesterday. It has to be those kind of things that keep her going and her mind sharp. You still can't get anything past her. It's pretty incredible really.

Well, science, I’m not looking to set any age records.

You can die with no friends or stories two years after I pass.
