There a bunch of "acadian style" cookie cutter neighborhoods back by that place so some folks must not mind but it's also close to the river.
For my money, living in a cookie cutter new development plus the chance of flooding in addition to the good possibility of being attacked by a genetically modified primate and getting my face mauled off=no bueno

There's a place around Belle Chasse that has been off limits for years. Its somewhere off of Woodland Hy. All kings of crazy rumors.
