I happened upon this website and scrolled around. Read some complaints and decided that ignorance is the common factor.

quote:

Browsing an app called Offer up I was searching for a vehicle which was told to contact via email it was two different ladies I was interested in cars so after chatting with the sellers of the vehicles then I was sent transaction id's for the vehicles and both had different stories one was going to the army and one was leaving for med school by the 20 of march 2019 so I felt like I was helping someone out and I was getting a great deal but little did I know I was in a scam whole I wanted what I seen and that's what get us hooked in the first place we then made plans about how everything was going to go so I took off walking to the bank to see if my tax return was cleared which then I withdrew 3,200 dollar because I was broke and I don't have a job at the moment so I get to CVS and buy seven $200 gift cards and walks across the street to Wallgreens and bought seven more cards for 200 dollars a each so I take my happy walk home cause my family don't have to walk once we have our cars went home then and looked for the pay out method so I called the EbayMoters department and he tells me to scratch the cards and give him the numbers when I did he sent me a transaction form which stated my payment was received for the first car so I was happy about that about an hour later I still haven't received my in voice for the second vehicle now I'm worried about what happened so I check my email again now I see a email that says my 1st car is on hold because I need to buy more ebay gift cards 4 for 2 hundred dollars each for insurance for the transportation on the transit truck so I tried to contact the sellers one replied and assured me there's nothing to worry about on the deal so I sent a picture of where the seller is going to pay for the shipping and handling on a Mariano 2007 they diden't get scared there still being bold he answers the phone again an argue that I should pay 800 more dollars when he already has 1500 dollars unaccounted for because the second car I never received an invoice to the white Tahoe 2008 so I ask him well where is the 1500 dollars for car #2 and he said be careful next time and hung the phone up so now i'm calling Ebay to try to get a refund and they simply replied call ic3 and spoof@ebay and make a claim for the scam that was played on me i'm so lost right now and don't have a clue on what to do now you can contact me ******************* if you would like to help or if you want to help me with a ****************** you wont know how I feel unless you was at the buttom and gave your all and still feel like no one cares but I have a one year old boy who has to put his school on hold because of aholes like them I prey you catch them and I could probably try to get some if not all of my money back I'm so hurt I would like to thank you for reading my experience why me world is a bad place sometimes for good people and if your hiring good people probably no experience but works hard and dedicated to my position ebay has a money back garenteed but im the one exception I wont buy any thing from ebay ever my first experience from ebay was my worst experience ever in my life why ebay would you treat a new coustmer like this thank everyone whom read this peace of info do watch yourself and I appreciate to express to you my worse day ever march 13,2019.

That has to be one of the longest sentences in the world. There's only one period, at the very end.

Yeah, gift cards (especially multiple cards from different stores)as a means of payment are never ever legit. These scumbags definitely feed off of ignorance. Sad.

Walter Rose. NOLA. Car dealership?

Note from word of mouth. Walter the service manager was involved in misrepresentation and stealing from that dealership and customer for personal needs. His hand and hand helpers are Rose service advisor and Charles Tech. Make sure you dont do any business under the table with any of them and be alert cause work they advising may not need to be done. Scammmm look out. Heard the word from to many inside folks but it hasnt hit the fan yet.

Is there a form of dyslexia out there that cause people to not be able to use commas or periods? And if so, what is it called? I think I found someone who may have this.

On the day of 7-10-2018 I received a call From Eloan and I was told I was approved for a loan of up to 5000's dollars so I accepted the loan and he told me in order for me to get the loan I had to get my credit score up a few points and they wanted to deposit money in to my account of I could send back to them and my score would go up and they have a partnership withTransunion so I received the money I thought they sent but it turns out they had called my bank and reversed some credit card payments and a bunch of overdraft fees the bank charged me plus the insufficient fund charges I had on my account they even reversed a 500 withdrawal I made on my account they had me send them the money back using a gift card I found out about them calling my name bank and reversing all those charges now my bank account is going into the negative.

Interesting. Transunion.

No sympathy.

I was on a list from Facebook that won a federal grant from the government. All I had to do was send $500 to them through Walmart Western Union. Then pay an extra $200 for a certificate before the UPS come with a package to clear me out from any IRS problems.

Puppy scam. We are talking about puppys. $650 for a crate.

quote:

If you go to website LINK you will find these adorable tea cup poms for sale. When you feel out the form they will send you pictures of available puppies. Once you pick out the one that you want then you pay them. The following day they sent me a email were they had supposedly dropped the dog off with the carrier service (U Ship) "who will not answer there phone", at the airport with a verification number. After about 20 minutes of receiving email puppy place sent text stating that the crate they had put dog in was not accepted and they did not have another one. They said that I had to send them 650.00 for a crate so the dog could be sent. I had to hurry up or the dog would miss its flight. When I refused to send the money for the crate after a back and forth conversation they stopped responding. When i try to call them there is no answer. When I tried to call the people shipping the dog there was also no answer. Guess I am out of 570.00 dollars which sucks because today is my wife's birthday and the puppy was for her. I included the email that was sent to me.

I've never paid for a dog. Best dogs I've ever had were given to me. RIP, Trixie, Excess baggage and No Tail.

Indeed they do. Sadly, we have to look out for the stupid in our country. It wouldn't bother me to see the hands of the parasites smashed with hammers. The hand smashing scene in casino comes to mind.

$50,000.

Alabama.

Hi, My grandmother is being scammed by 2 people by the names of ***** ****** and ****** ******, which I am sure are fake names. “*****” contacted her on Facebook approximately 1 year ago and now she has texting and email communications with them as well. She has wired as much as $50,000 that we know of, but probably much more, to them to receive a “grant” and now they claim they need more for the insurance on the grant. We as her family can not explain to her that this is a scam, she does not want to believe it but is draining all of her funds. They claim the business is Community Assistance Development Program. Please help us stop this.
