how in the frick is the current law unconstitutional when it's been used for countless incorporations

On what grounds can they possibly claim this is unconstitutional when there are already three other separate municipalities in EBR?

Yes, but I think a lawsuit can be filed for anything. It doesn't have to be true.

The fact that Central just incorporated doesn't matter. It's super unconstitutional now. because taxes.

So when Mary Olive Pierson wins her brilliant lawsuit (which she thinks is a slam dunk) and has the incorporation process deemed unconstitutional, are all of the prior incorporations that have been done in the history of Louisiana no longer valid?

So glad I moved away from Baton Rouge years ago. Louisiana politicians are the dumbest MFers in the nation. ALL IN for St. George. Make it happen.
