Let the people exercise their constitutional rights!
If SG decides to incorporate, respect their wishes.
As a public servant of your constituents, do your best to serve them with the tax revenue they provide for you.
Don't try to steal from a different group of people to provide more than what your constituents can afford.

If the are concerned about the constitutionality of the law as written then why would they draft the bill in such a way where it only applies the St. George incorporation (by adding the language saying it only applies to populations over 440,000)?

The law becomes valid (if passed) as of 8/1/19, before the election. Not sure of any legal challenge.
