shite happens all the time - I've had several. Environmental whackos decided to push recap tires on the trucking industry as a way to recycle rubber, when that glue decides its had enough...*BOOM*

As a biker, I think about truck tires blowing out every time that I pass a semi, so that event would not surprise me at all.

I think that 90% of the time before passing a truck. So, it's bound to happen.

I ride a motorcycle and have traveled all over this country on them over the years and I frequently find myself twisting the throttle a bit harder when passing semis on the interstate.

It's not so much the tire blowing out and going flat, it's the big metal ring that secures the tire to the rim that can easily pop off that scares the hell out of me since it can kill you with the quickness if you get hit right.

When im deer hunting I get premonitions quite often. My son and I made a joke of the conditions we would take a road kill home after an unsuccessful day of hunting. Ten out of ten conditions were absolutely perfectly met. But, we didn’t take the deer. Odd enough to be scarey.

I drive a car, and I will not ride beside a big rig. 80, 85 mph, whatever it takes to get by it as quick as reasonably possible.

I also assume that every utility trailer or boat trailer (a) has no working brake lights and (b) will blow a tire or come loose from the hitch at any minute.

I was passing one on the Interstate at about 80 mph and the rear tire blew out right next me. I felt the blowout right before the sound and I did not know what happened, scared the crap out of me (not literally).

I’m more worried about them crossing the line into my lane than a blowout.

It's your brain processing possibilities. You know those tires fail, you see the gators laying everywhere on and beside the road.

So your subconscious was processing all that and then boom, you saw it happen. Next time you'll be thinking the same thing and nothing will happen. If it does, of probably advise staying off the roads from here on.

Worst thing is a super single recap blowing out. Those tires will leave debris in the road big enough to damage vehicles, I have no idea how that shite is still accepted these days after a decade of the b.s.

Had a similar type situation as a kid.

My dad had ordered a bunch of equiptment and was starting up a hockey team for me and my friends. My tutor brought me home the day of our first practice, and then smashed a bunch of shite in out living room with his cane while yelling and telling my dad that the ice was going to break. Scared the shite out of me, and I refused to go to practice that day. Long story short, the ice broke and a few of my friends drowned.

If all that actually happened like a deja vu moment it was something you probably had a dream about prior. I've had similar things happen while driving that I'd dreamed about before, not necessarily a semi -truck tire blowing but a certain car speeding up behind me, like a white corvette or almost hitting a red pick up truck

When I was in elementary school I use to have dreams about drinking at the water fountain and different people coming up behind me to drink next on a 3 second time limit . Usually it was coming in from outdoor PE class
