San Luis Obispo man wearing KKK-style robe arrested for public intoxication

It's definitely a Klan robe. I doubt it was meant to replicate the Easter costumes in Spain, which are the only other thing that looks remotely similar to what he was wearing.
It's a pretty bizarre story and the guy is a retard. But of course some wokesters on Meta are acting like it's a sign that everybody in the world is so racist.

Pfister is the guy who was arrested. I posted something from the middle of the article because I thought that was the best summary of the article. His name is mentioned earlier in the article.

Of course they can’t outlaw wearing a Klan uniform under the 1st Amendment. However, if you’re dumb enough to be wearing a Klan uniform, there’s a good chance that you’re doing something you can get arrested for, like being drunk in public.
