Sorry Baw. All the MS glass guys have family in AL and have gone. One guy said all of his glass (in MS) comes out of Mobile. They said nobody is going to be available now.

Didn’t they just put a new super duper hurricane proof roof on a few years back?

Will take a look at those options. Thanks

When are you heading home?

I can meet you when more roads open up and give you some duct tape

that bridge is closed down for work more than its open... in fact I'm fairly certain it's closed right now for maintenance

Besides the Causeway, and 190, that bridge was the easiest access to Slidell after Katrina for a while..

Dunno if this was posted yet, but a large chunk of the Three Mile Bridge that gets you from Pensacola to Gulf Breeze is missing. That suuuuuuucks for anyone living in GB or on the beach

I've had a few people pass up on buying my condo there strictly because they do not like the building. Im laughing because i bet that changes when people start looking to buy again

Wow. It’s definitely a perk. Just got a new roof too.

Understand, thanks for checking! I'll just call Gonzales glass and get the ball rolling for when I get back..

Not sure when I'll be leaving just yet.. Looks like i10 is shut down so it won't be at least until it opens up. And the bridges around Perdido are open again. I think they shut down when winds exceeds 40mph.

WEAR-TV reporting that a barge damaged the bridge. It's at least the second barge to hit it in less than 24 hours.

Another look at the “reverse storm surge” over Mobile Bay. Strong north winds on the west side of Sally pushing water out of the bay. Photo taken at the mouth of Dog River on the west side of Mobile Bay.

Well they fixed interior and were noting it. but yea....we shall see. The not knowing bother me. Neither of my inlaws can get there right now. I have to bring one a generator tomorrow anyway.
