Feels like the jump from 85 to 100 was pretty quick. How mush stronger can it get?

It is Sally....who the hell knows?

I had been saying earlier there had been a pattern of pressure drops, let's hope this levels off

Been seeing it with you but didn't think it would do this much this quickly. NE quad pass incoming.

I know I need to get to sleep but always hard with a strengthening hurricane going on.

All of that will be coming ashore near OB and Perdido Key in a few hours

I can’t answer your question but it just got scary here in Foley. Trying to sleep but these gusts are making me nervous since the power is out. Gonna be a long night. Sally is such a bitch.

Staying down the road from you at ocean breeze east! Can definitely hear the difference in the wind! The wind is blowing through the sliding back patio door making a constant whistling sound like a tea kettle!

130 mph radar gusts so seems to be picking up steam.

Looks like about 3 hours until the eye finds gulf shores

Reporting from Spanish Fort. Steady 50mph winds from my home wx station. 3 inches of rain on Tuesday. Power out but on generator power and enjoying the ability to have cold air a hot shower and TV during a power outage.
Thankfully don’t live in low areas so no concerns for flooding.

have a question. I live in Daphne. The wind has really picked up here. Standing outside by my front door I was looking at a 20’ tall metal halogen street light. The wind is blowing hard from the east headed west. However, the wind is also gusting from the north and the west. So watching this looking at the rain under that halogen lamp they are meeting, briefly fighting, then the gust pushes it all west. Why is the rain blowing from three directions?

So....you're telling us TWC is using giant fans and sprinklers to trick us and Sally isn't even real? Son of a bitch....

Looked like he was at some hotel. He did say the sprinkler water was warmer than the rain. He didn't want to stop his report so he had to move around to avoid the sprinklers and stay in the camera view

Can you explain a little more what that means for someone who doesn't know anything about this info you shared? I'm in Perdido key.
