shitty Entergy

So far from the truth

Meh. Their line crews are great, but overall entergy is a pretty shitty company. Their infrastructure sucks, their customer service is horrendous, and since they pretty much have a monopoly in most of their markets, they really don’t have to do anything to improve

I mean they actually have found a way to make paying your bill online a difficult tedious task.

Their lineman are great, they do a wonderful job despite substandard equipment and support.

I pay my bill online, pretty much the day I get it. On Saturday, which was the due date, they decided they needed to draft it out a second time.

My business group I monitor the weather for asked me to double check on if they should go to work today after they got spooked by Ascension Parish closing schools. I said unless you can’t make it in from 10 mph breezes go in to the office. Smh everyone’s always looking for a day off.

That’s nearly every utility, unfortunately.

He’ll, my utility charges me a $5 convenience fee for paying online since they only accept CCs.

Been trying to pay S&WB bill for 4 months. Literally locked out of the site and no one will pick up. Last month they said our bill was $560 for one month of usage. I had put tape over the meter to check to see if anyone had looked at it... hadn’t been broken. They are just guessing and hoping people are on auto draft.

Carriere MS checking in

Hard to believe this thing is so close yet just a nice breeze and sunny this morning. This time yesterday it was predicted to be a shite show around here. Staying home as if it takes the western side of track we may see ts conditions but as of now looking like a decent day. Getting tired of this prepare prepare then nothing

Will landfall end up completely outside the cone from just 2 days ago? How often does that happen?

So what is the latest projection? Is it still just sitting there? Any chance it still heads west and hits Nola? Or is it already making landfall near the bama-landmass border?
