My worry for New Orleans is dropping at this point. Be alert for changes but it really should be fine barring something unexpected.

I would. They will likely lose power and take on some surge at the lower level/ parking area. If the track remains the same, Biloxi won’t be a friendly vacation spot for at least a week after. That’s just my opinion
