I think Honore is a blowhard who doesn't know much about the subjects he lectures us on, but he's right about the need for more refinery capacity and he's right about the environmental issues he supports.
The notion that the O &G industry should refrain from selling as much product as possible while prices are high is silly.

I’d put him on the spot and ask him how LNG exports relate to “the energy crunch at home”. LNG has zero affect on refining capacity and price at the pump. Zero.
