It's also somewhat interesting that someone as woke as her is so eager to work for "owners" that hold such antiquated and negative views about the rights that women should have.

That is literally what the law is intended to prevent - the blackrocks of the world buying the house next door to you and renting it out as a party house. This is a huge problem not just in New Orleans, but most attractive tourist destinations in the country.

Images of current back yard. It was newly sodded last year with dormant sod. Greened up nicely but by August was dying off in some spots. Found the white jumpy bugs which I took care of with Talstar. I imagine the rest was disease, so I plan on continuing DiseaseEx maintenance and peat moss on the dead spots. Maybe some plugs. Resodded against back fence because it was the worst there.

Think I have a plan. Back yard needs N and K, Front N and lime. P is high or very high in both. Plan (per 1k ft2):
Back Yard:
4 lbs AMS now/early May
3 weeks later spray iron to counter the high P, Talstar
7lbs 15-0-15 Mid June
7lbs. 15-0-15 August
Also will do maintenance diseaseEx and peat moss on bare areas from last year.
Front Yard:
4lbs AMS each May/June/August.
16 lbs lime each time as well.
I figure the only way to get rid of high P is to wait it out. Any comments on this plan? Do I need to worry about the low sulfur?

Got my soil test back, first time getting it done. Tips on what I should do to get it right? Specifically:
1) It states PH ranges as low and very high, but I’ve read 5-7.5 is acceptable. Anything needed here?
2) I see the N addition suggestions, but 14.4lbs is significantly more than the 2-4 per year recommendation I’ve seen here and elsewhere. Is this industrial stuff? What’s my best bet for something from the garden center?
Note my previous plan was to blast it around now with a substantial fertilizer, then use milorganite through the rest of the season over a couple applications.

Conservatives think all tech workers are liberals. Conservatives hate liberals so much they actively root for them to lose their jobs and their families livelihood. It’s what Jesus would have wanted.

Perpetually late people aren’t late because they don’t care. It’s a massive burden for them. They’re late because they can’t mentally estimate time. It’s the same as people who can’t hit a target to save their life because they can’t mentally judge distance/space.

Why is the answer to everything more government? "I don't like what producers put in my food! The government should do something about that!" not "I don't like what producers are putting in my food so therefore I'm going to only buy the foods without those substances."
It’s a lot easier to say “if you don’t like what they put in your food, don’t buy it” than, “if you don’t like what they put in your insulin, don’t buy it.”

A month away. $50k, not including honeymoon, dress, or our hotel. Combination of her parents, my parents (rehearsal dinner and flowers), and us. 175 guests, and we aren’t doing anything crazy. Public venue, mid range bar, not a fancy rehearsal dinner.
Weddings, like everything, are going to bend you over post-covid. They were already a ripoff with crazy markup, and now it’s up 30%.

This isn’t true. The statistic is that 98% of donations from Twitter employees went to Democrats, not that 98% of Twitter employees donated to Democrats. Mostly the board giving large donations.

Players leave teams. CP3 played great while he was here and continues to rep and respect our city a decade after he left. No, “That’s All, Folks.” No dramatic caveman father. No momma nutritionist. What more do you want from him?

I think everyone is over complicating this. The easy solution is both teams get a possession then sudden death. I saw an argument that this still gives the team that won the toss an advantage, but does it?
In this scenario, Chiefs win the toss, go down for a TD and kick the PAT. Bills get the ball, also score a TD. Now they get to make a choice: kick a PAT and try to play defense against an offense that’s shredding them, or go for 2 to win the game. 2 pt attempts convert at 48%, so the coin flip winner still gets a slight advantage for having won.
This opens up so many possibilities for drama. Do the chiefs go for 2 after their first touchdown to put pressure on the Bills? Or do they kick the PAT knowing they get a chance to stop them on defense, and even if they don’t they still have a 52% chance to win the game? If the Chiefs score a FG instead, do the bills decide on a 4th and 2 from their own 30 to go for the first, knowing that converting a field goal puts them in a sudden death situation?
I like this scenario because both teams have agency, but the winner of the coin flip still has the advantage. The key is to minimize that advantage while keeping a normal game flow.
