I almost started a thread similar to this. The amount of wildlife I've had to dodge in the roadways over the past 1-2 months has been crazy: Squirrels, turtles, deer, ducks, snakes, birds, etc. Don't ever recall a run like this.

I won't go into details about the poor duckling crossing the road and oncoming F-250 last week.

We had a mamma mockingbird (protected by law, btw) assault us all last fall. Now her baby, Mollie, gaurds the house, like she owns it. She will swoop down when we are on our way to the car, like a fighter jet. We have a Bougainvillea tree that she was born in, with hateful thorns. She will probably build a future nest in there.

The parrots down in Miami are a fun site to see!
