I hate when there is no sauce on the pizza. Pizza Hut is bad about this.

I would never shove the pizza at them though. However, I somewhat understand if the woman refused to refund or acknowledge. She should have been able to get a refund. Surely that can't be the manager? The employee should be fired.

I always request extra sauce from any pizza order. Even then sometimes the sauce is weak, but no company has ever had an issue remaking a pizza if necessary.

Lol at ordering Pizza Hut and expecting anything other than total shite.

Pizza Hut is so bad now. I never even consider them.

Seems like they were much better back in the late 90s/early 00s when they had the good buffet deals.

Karen tried to be a bitch and a bully, She fooled around and found out. That said, as soon as the employee followed her outside and prolonged the confrontation, she crossed the line. Pushing her down just sealed the deal.

That customer was being a verbally abusive menace and technically committed battery first (throwing food is battery)

So physical assault is the recourse?

Why? Karen fricked around and found out. No harm, no foul. Everyone move on with their lives.

No harm, no foul doesn’t work when you physically assault a customer. Especially when the customer was leaving and no longer posing a threat.

Ordered Pizza Hut in Central on the night of the NFL Draft when the Bengals picked Burrow 1st. Went to pick it up and it was a total cluster. Tons of people standing outside, I was there for about an hour and only about 3 people got pizzas for the whole hour I was there. Never got mine. Woman at the counter was basically doing nothing but giving refunds and pizzas were coming out of the oven consistently. I did better than that as a manager at Domino's on Friday night without labels.

That fat loud mouth karen should have been rolled out that pizza hut in a wheelbarrow. Just rude and loud and obnoxious. Completely unnecessary. Right guys?...

We don’t have to fire, arrest, cancel people for every confrontation that gets caught on camera. The customer acted like a rude, entitled bitch and threw pizza at the employee. Getting yelled at and pushed to the ground is a proportional response.

Everyone can learn a lesson (or not) and move on. It’s not worth criminal charges or canceling anyone.

I hate the typical lying. The employee clearly pushed the woman on video, but shouts "I didn't touch you."

Shitty people on both sides.

See the more this happens the more the line moves in favor of the employee, to me. Im sick of seeing these shite customers, shite on people doing their job. And im getting to the point of, if the customer wants beef, by all means give it to them.

I agree with you except for the part where she hits her to the ground. The customer was absolutely wrong but the employee lost her righteousness the moment she physically assaulted the customer.

They're light years better than they were a decade ago. You obviously haven't tried the spicy lovers.

Maybe so, but it's hilarious to see half-jellyfish/half-human people like this lady get a little taste of what it would be like for them if society devolved into pure survival of the fittest

I’m an excellent lawyer. I’m not arguing the law, nor am I representing either of these idiots. It’s a minor fracas that shouldn’t require law enforcement or lawyers. I’m sorry you so relate to the fat entitled bitch that you feel there is a great injustice that occurred here. I just see an entitled woman that mistakenly thought the corporate logo gave her license and protection to treat an employee like scum and found out she was wrong.
