The 11.5M is also before everyone else takes their cut of whatever overhead or fees they incur for hosting/website development, marketing, etc.
While it's not a huge amount of overhead, it isn't unreasonable to expect she brings home a 10th of that after expenses. A million a month is nothing to sneeze at

This isn’t abnormal at all. You have 1 bathroom per bedroom with a shower or tub, then you have a half bath for entertaining guests and maybe a half bath in the pool house or basement or somewhere else

Yes most of them probably fall into that demo but there quite a few older guys and people from outside the US too. It also helps she was one of the most well known porn stars long before OF was a thing.
