He and Stephen Merchant made and continue to make (and will make into the distant future) huge money on The Office. Syndication, streaming deals, merchandising.
He’s loaded and he can still produce and create shows in England if nobody in America wants to work with him.

He was agreeing with Scorsese that today's movies are not cinema; they're all amusement park superhero flicks. There are no actors, just a bunch of people who work out hours a day and shoot steroids. Then he asked if there was an award for Most Ripped Junkie.
Then he told Scorsese that he shouldn't go to amusement parks because he's too short to ride the rides.
