whatever Lauder tells them to say, I used to live in Palm Beach County and that is the norm for waterfront property there, I have friends from NY that have a place in Admiral's Cove there that built a house in East Hampton for about $7mil, the wife didn't quite like it so she had it torn down and built another on the same spot for about $14mil
