That number is probably exaggerated, but thousands of women probably isn’t.
It would be easy to imagine that wrestlers hook up with a woman on the road after a show.
And in his younger days, I’m sure Rick was on the road 300+ days a year.
So 200 women a year isn’t out of the question, especially with the nature boy persona he played in public.
25 Years of that and it puts him at over 5,000

I once saw Randy "Macho Man" Savage eating at Ninfa's in Baton Rouge for lunch by himself before his match that evening at the Baton Rouge Centroplex. Also, saw Paul Orndoff and Jimmy "The Mouth of the South" together having lunch there as well. Apparently they were staying next door at the Crowne Plaze Hotel or whatever it was called back then.
Ran into The Big Show at The Gold Club once before as well. I was getting my Big Show tended to so I didn't pay much attention to him.

Obviously it's an estimate and probably an exaggeration but it's not hard to imagine it being in the ballpark. When you factor in the 2fers and 3fers those numbers can add up quickly and he was likely getting girls brought to him majority of his nights on the road.

Oh yes. While rock bands have groupies, in the old wrestling days they had "ring rats". Even the announcers got in on the action, so they say.
