Gregory McMichael stated to the responding officer he initiated armed pursuit based upon previous videos he had seen of the subject. The homeowner has refuted that claim.
Father and son are going down. It is that simple.
ETA: For the record, I believe that Gregory McMichael saw the videos well in advance of the incident. He just did not see them from the homeowner.
AJC - Police enlisted suspect’s help months before Arbery shooting
Not sure this is going to play out well in the trial. Pretty sure Glynn County Officer Robert Rash should not have been sharing these videos with Gregory McMichael. Apparently he has some disciplinary issues of his own.

I've done that a good bit in the past when house hunting. I've made offers based on what I saw and liked.
Exactly.
As a younger person, I have walked into vacant homes for sale or being built before.

Exactly. Can't people just let the trial play out
I mean, think about what it took to actually get these guys charged though
IKR...
Sometimes you have to keep the heat up or else injustices just go away.

those guys are so fricked (for good reason)
if that DA advised them (or LEO as an intermediary) to form a posse in response, he is also so fricked
If they were acting on advice from the DA, and they can prove it, they should be allowed to roll on him for a light sentence.

Can we just stop calling this dude a jogger? Whether its murder or not, and it probably is.....guy isnt a jogger.
Why do you take issue with labeling him a jogger?
Would you prefer walker?
What would you prefer to call him?

People in this thread and across social media are twisting facts and bending logic to try to excuse what those two fricking idiots did.
But no, there's no racism in America. If this were the other way around, and two black men gunned down a white jogger and a DA covered it up, there would be people calling for a lynch mob. But that will never happen because they would have been arrested immediately.

LMAO. Has there been an arrest yet for the elderly couple murdered at the cemetery?
Again, for those of you who live to keep count and blame race These are the white people who have been killed by blacks since your “jogger” died.

And I can’t find one single thread from any of you race pimps with the outrage of violence in Chicago. Spare us your outrage and race porn.
It’s nauseating.

In all honesty I’m wondering what the difference is between a completed house being lived in and one that’s being constructed that apparently the world can just chill in freely. When is a house a house?

Regular occurrence for residential construction maybe. Not commercial, they ain't there to admire the expansion joint or QCing the weld.
