I can say with absolute certainty that I would have this motherfricker killed. I would either do it myself, or hire someone in prison to do it.
Because you know he will get out in 10 or less years. Our shitty justice system will give him a plea bargain and he will be on the streets in his 30s.

It taking 25 minutes to respond to a call reporting a kidnapping and sexual assault, with the perpetrator sitting in the car outside, is pitiful. This location is not in some remote rural area, it's on a main street near Mid-City.

I'd like to apologize for any insensitive comments I made in this thread yesterday. I hope this little girl and her family all the best during this difficult time. As a father of a young daughter imagining her having to deal with something like this, no matter the circumstances, absolutely breaks my heart. Hopfully this POS is dealt with accordingly.

She is seen shaking and talking on the phone. Witnesses said she was crying and said she was talking with her mother.
The video was recorded at about 9:30 Wednesday – about the time Baton Rouge Police said they received a call for help from the store, reporting a woman had been attacked and left there. City police responded and eventually turned the case over to LSU Police since the kidnapping and attack happened there.
Did anyone catch the discrepancy in the news report (video)? The intro says "forced in to her own car" while the on-site reporting says "suspects car". Video looks a lot like the suspect's car.

I absolutely do not understand why Lsu or Barton rouge city in general do not put better street lights around the lakes and emergency telephones across campus. Every university in America has them except for Lsu.
I'm not saying either would have helped this girl out in this particular situation but it needs to be done to improve safety on campus.

A lot of confusion came over the fact that I had said her car while the media originally reported his car. They corrected themselves to say it was her car. Also many of the posters were questioning the condoms part of the story. This was also reported to be true

LSUPD said they believe this was completely random and a spur of the moment crime of opportunity. I wonder just what the hell he was thinking going forward with this and how he rationally thought he was going to get away with this.
The thought process or lack thereof of stupid people like this suspect completely fascinates me. He completely pissed away his life for a BJ/handjob that wasn't even any good and had to put his own effort to control her while it happened.
Even though he didn't go full rape with his victim as far as I know according to media reports and this thread, I hope he actually gets raped up his cornhole.

She also told you it happened around 11 pm when the police said it happened in the daylight hours with her dropped off after 9 pm. She was probably trying to make it seem like she spent as little time as possible with this thug so people wouldn't think the worst. I don't blame her. This is a terrible situation.
