We dated for about 3 months before the move but she got kicked out of her parents house (long story)
Red Flag number 1, this is the first clue she isn't stable and I am sure she convinced you it wasn't her fault.
Red Flag number 2, she is fricking someone else.
You do not need to hire a PI to see the obvious, next time she has a "girls night" take all her shite out and change the locks. This girl from what you described seems unstable and is using you for shelter while she let's you hit it every so often. Dump the bitch with the quickness.

Texting her saying y'all need to talk guarantees she gets drunk and fricks as many guys as willing this weekend. Don't say shite. When she gets back break up with her. If you really want to know if she has been cheating on you, change the locks... Break up with her, and tell her about the new girl who doesn't seem to always have headaches. She will then spill the beans about the guys she has been with the last few months to try and make you feel bad.

I didn’t read anything past the OP, so this probably has already been posted - run the hell away with the quickness and for the love of everything holy do not have sex with her and perhaps make a baby who’s life will be miserable with you and her and her next 5 boyfriends as parents.

Whether or not there's another guy is almost irrelevant. Your needs clearly aren't being met. Furthermore, the two of you are apparently not able to communicate with each other, certainly not enough to resolve the issues.

You're not married. You shouldn't be doing this.
You need to speak to an attorney, because by letting her move in and stay there 6 months, you have basically given her rights as a tenant and a resident, even though she doesn't pay rent. The house has become her residence, and you can't just kick her out. If you want her out and she refuses to leave, you may have to go through the process of evicting her. Unless you are renting and she isn't on the lease, perhaps, and you haven't listed her as an occupant. But then you could be in trouble with your landlord. I was a realtor for several years, and the laws regarding residence and tenancy vary from state to state. But it's a given in pretty much every state that you can't just throw her out. She has rights as a resident, like it or not.
