Sauds love this shite.

There’s a documentary of them taking some South Korean scientist, who was a little outside the box in previous experiments, to clone million dollar camels.

If I'm being honest, if I was as flush with cash as the House of Saud, I would spend a stupid amount of money to run a multi-century bear domestication effort.

I’d watch a video of some IG thot getting shite on by a domesticated Saudi bear. No doubt.

Will frick up a trout stream in a hurry, remember going with my grandpa and uncles to take out their dams. BIL traps them now at the request of landowners near water since they’re incredibly destructive.

Scientists: natural selection is the basis for current life on Earth.

Also scientists: screw natural selection lets reintroduce extinct species.

Seems like they are trying to cheetah the process.

If they died out 4k years ago...let em stay dead. What they gonna hunt and eat in Saudi Arabia?

I always hit climate change doom gloomers with a few facts I learned in school. 12k years ago during the last ice age 65% of the worlds megafauna (animals over 45kg) went extinct.

I don't think we need to bring back mammoths, giant sloths, short face bears or any of the other very impressive species that died off. They died for a reason

My first question as well. What prey species are in that part of the world?

I lived on the east coast of Saudi for 4 years. Not enough water, flora, fauna to support a mouse.

There's still a small population of leopards in the Arabian pennisula. I didn't realize big cats were so wide spread in Asia until recently
