The Target on Siegen is always good to me. Maybe 1 or 2 riff raff, but these things I see not:
- overweight 50 year olds on rascals
- Matriarch families of 7
- shopping carts with HIV
- employees that make an effort to avoid the customer
- pineapple soda drinks
- meth head white women walking around with gangsters
Target on Millerville may be a different story.

I'm as basic as they come...so that means I go to Target weekly if not more.
I've never seen this in the women's bathroom.
Love all the people all up in arms about this....like they have trannies living in their small podunk towns anyways.
