I’m looking for over the counter recommendations to beat the flu.

I usually get flu like symptoms twice a year and would like to have alternate solutions to antibiotics and prescription drugs.

Thanks in advance.

If it's the flu, you don't need antibiotics.

Time.....

Pretty sure 99% of the things you get for treating the flu are to help ease the symptoms, not "beat" the flu. I think something like Theraflu actually acts on the virus, but you are looking at a prescription and it's got to be done pretty early. Otherwise it's just laying in bed until its done.

antibiotics? The Flu is caused by a virus, not bacteria.

Put a tampon in. That should help you.

Why do you get "the flu" twice a year. Are you sucking on door handles in your spare time?

A buddy traveled for business. He would get the flu all the time from being on a plane. He started using Zicam swabs before getting on the plane and no more flu...

“Ivermectin”

I’m really curious if it work for flu.
It worked great for Covid for me,grandson and granddaughter ,all our symptoms were gone in 24:hours.I know personally other people that had similar results.

Almost makes me want to get the flu to try it..

Anytime you have respiratory stuff going on, it doesn’t hurt to up your Vitamin D and Vitamin C. Rest and fluids help as well. But don’t stay bedridden, get up and move around some when you’re able to.

Flu is a virus that has to run its course. You’d only need antibiotics if you develop a secondary infection.

It stops secondary bacterial infections, like pneumonia.
