re: Recommendations for a realtor in the br area

While I have no doubt in any of the realtors listed, I would look up properties that are similar that have recently sold. If they sold for a good price, look into getting them, I ise that because it helps potential potential buyers to get an immediate sense of security knowing the realtor has done properties just like them in the immediate area.

But Beau Box is a great group and a neighbor to my moms, while his mostly commercial, they have some of the best in BR.

He's very good as well ... has a large family to support so he stays motivated.

But just a thought ... if your house sold in less than a day, that tells me you might have had it priced too low.
