It’s pretty hilarious how many of you supported lockdowns and were tricked to think this would be the worst virus in history.

Equally hilarious are those who claimed only 6k people died from COVID.

IMHO, the initial responses weren’t as ridiculous as they are now in hindsight, although it should’ve been left up to the states and local governments. The continuation of the ridiculousness for several months was completely unhelpful and most people knew it.

Why did no one have the flu for 3 years?

Everything was Covid. Why? Because a diagnosis meant $$$$$ to the healthcare system. A provider/hospital that had a COVID patient got 20% more money for each case. Who would say no to that easy bonus?

What’s weird is I haven’t gotten sick at all since I had Covid in 2020.

I mean, it wasn’t very good in general so I’m not sure why that’s funny

Seeing some of the same posters claim they were always against lockdowns is funny. Wawaweewa the poor guy had to create an alter.

My best friend's brother is still stoking his own ego,

My friend has never met his nieces who are under 6 and they have only seen their grandmother once. They refuse to travel and they want the grandmother to test daily and isolate herself for two weeks before she visits. It is hard for her to travel due to physical limitations.

The school had to intervene just in the last few months and request they stop sending their kids to school with masks. The girls would be in tears daily begging the teachers to let them remove the masks their arrogant parents make them wear.

I managed to avoid that shite until ‘22 but when I got it I had COVID and the flu. Thought I was going to die and secretly wished I had during that time.

Exactly a year later I got it again and it was the sniffles. Maybe it was the flu trying to kill me after all.

It kind of makes sense that flu numbers would be down if more folks were staying at home and not mingling. IDK why some folks can't grasp that.

I have never believed in mandatory vaccinations, but this tagline has never been the "gotcha" you all think it was.

Everything is about money. Couldn't get 'Emergency Use Authorization" if existing meds would have worked. That's why they discredited treatments that might have helped. Once they got EUA, liability was waived, and government was reimbursing the shots... Why wouldn't big pharma try to get everyone to take the shot, plus boosters? It's basically free money for them. They buy enough ads from the media, so they also aren't going to get pushback or questioned. The media isn't going to bite the hand that feeds.

They may not have known for sure it could have harmful effects - but they damn well knew it couldn't honestly be declared long-term safe, without many years of clinical trials to confirm it first. All these players were getting rich off of treating you like a guinea pig.
