Anybody have any experience in replacing lenses in Ray-ban glasses. Is it something you can do or do you have to send them off.

You can do all things through Christ.

Lenses are pretty cheap on amazon. Just worry about breaking frame

Buy them off Amazon and change them yourself.

Check out fuse lens. You can buy non branded lens from them and they’ll show you how to replace them too.

Left my prescription Ray Ban bifocal sunglasses at local BR Mexican restaurant about a month ago. Someone apparently picked them up and following your thread. . .

Second fuse lens. They’re lighter and don’t scratch as easy.

Are they damaged? I sent some glasses back to ray ban under the warranty. I’m not sure about just changing the lenses because you want them prescription

I placed my RBs on the porch and when I came back it looked like something had dripped on the lenses. It was like a resin or something. Never did figure it out . Ruined them , it took the tint and I never got it all off . The closest tree was 40 feet away. Would cat piss do that ?

Rayban has turned into a real shite outfit since Luxottica bought them ! What was formerly the best customer service is now non-existent. Accidentally scratched a lens on my 2 yr. old wayfarers ....they insisted I had to purchase TWO replacement lenses, offered very little 'support/info' as to how best to replace...then told me to deal with the retailer {sunglass hut }...who just blew me off ! Then packaged the glasses with the replacement lenses to the only known mail to address in N.Y. with a note asking them to repair/bill me. TWO weeks later the package returns...UNOPENED...wth ? Last conversation with their customer 'dis-service' office...sorry, best we can do is give you 10% off on a new pair ! Threw them away and purchased some Maui Jims....will NEVER purchase rayban !

If nonprescription, any Bausch and Lomb outlet should have replacement lenses.

I got mine at Costco. I’m sure I’ll be pushing the limits of the return policy. It’s been 5-6 years
