It's funny how all these type of health/wealth influencers basically use the same condo unit in Miami. Who ever actually owns it is a genius for renting it out to these clowns.

Of course he is. Anyone that wakes up at 4am and doesn't actually start working until 9am doesn't have their shite together. If you can't wake up and get to work in under 2 hours, and really 1.5 hours then wtf are you doing especially at 4am.
If I was working out at a gym in my home or building I could easily work out, eat a healthy meal, shower, and be working in under an hour and 20 mins. 50 min or so work out, 10 mins for breakfast, 10 min shower/ get dressed, and 10 mins for jerking around/ off.

I think I saw in one of his videos the "you have to spend money to make money" line. "I spent 100,000 for my first million".
I see these types in airports all the time having obnoxiously loud Zoom calls "bro, you just have to commit to your goal and it'll grow on its own!" Followed by a bunch of made up numbers that don't add up.

Lawyer marketing consulting is often similar. This one place that marketed a course to me basically was like "if you can't invest $10k/month in advertising, you don't want to be successful" 
I think they were promoting like 15-20k/mo min in ads and then 2-3k for their services and coaching.
