When people put lids on without twisting them. I always shake bottles/jugs before I open them. Makes such a huge mess.

Back when there was a need to go through the bank lobby line or drive through, I hated the folks that didn't fill out a deposit slip before they got to the window.

My kids drop 2 (or5) ice cubes but do not pick it up. I drop ONE and it shatters into 47 pieces.
