Lebanese look pretty white, at least the ones in Lafayette do.
Basques are also white.
A lot of South African immigrants are wealthy white farmers.

He bought the convenience store with money his family sent him from India, and he shares the profits with them. He said it's a pretty common arrangement with Indian-Americans. His dad lives with him and basically runs the convenience store.

Wealth has very little to do with race and a whole lot to do with culture. There are many different cultures inside of a race. The races with the most negative subcultures will always have the most poverty. The races with the cultures that focus on education and technology will have the highest wealth.
The wealthy subcultures, regardless of race, will always promote the negative subcultures because someone has to dig ditches and build buildings and roads if they are able to find jobs.
